The VaultOne platform already offers two-factor authentication without the need to use an app for this, but if you prefer to use an OTP authenticator, here's how:
The VaultOne platform already offers two-factor authentication, without the need to use an app for this, but if you prefer to use an OTP authenticator, it's simple.
The two-factor authentication of the platform itself is set up by the admin, however, the user can configure his own OTP authenticator and improve the security of his personal access.
Click on the user icon in the upper right corner of the screen and then on My Settings:
Click on Two-factor Login tab and then on Enable:
A QRCode will appear on the screen. Scan it using the phone's camera inside the OTP authenticator and click save:

From now on, whenever you log into VaultOne, right after you enter your password, you will be asked for one more authentication factor.
As an example in the GIF below, we chose Google Authenticator and clicked Submit. Go to the app and enter the code generated for VaultOne.
