Some credentials are sensible and require authorization from the admin every time a user tries to use them. Check in this article how it works.
1. Click on Credentials menu and then add credential:
2. Fill up all the information required and where the red square indicates on the image, click to add approvers:
3. Choose the approver and click Ok:
The approver will need only to click on the link sent to him/her by e-mail to permit the user to access the resource using this credential, which means that the approver does not need to access the platform to do it.
Another important information is the user will have permission to use this credential for 12hours. After this period, a new permission must be granted.
