Vault creation and account activation

This process is handled by VaultOne or a partner through the MSP portal.

You will be guided by our team when creating your vault. To create the vault, the following information will be requested:

• Choose a name for your vault and company DNS. Ex: company.vault.one;
• Set the main administrator's email (this email can be changed later);

IMPORTANT - the person responsible for the email the vault will be created for, will have access to features that will not be available to other users, whether they are admins or not. For this reason, carefully choose the email address and person responsible for global vault administration.

ACCOUNT ACTIVATION

After creating your vault, you will receive an email with a password that must be changed.
