Groups, Roles and Users are three menus that make up part of the vault administration session:

These menus are crucial to keeping the company vault organized and structured. We recommend starting to configure them from the broadest to the narrowest, that is, first configure the Groups, then Roles and lastly add Users. Follow the instructions in the order below:
