How to put approvers for credentials?

Some credentials are sensitive to the point that they require authorization each time they are used. Check in this article how to configure the authorization request of a credential!

1. First, access the Credential menu and add a credential:

2. Fill in the information and, where the image indicates, Click to add approver:

3. Select the user and click on ‘OK’:

All set! You have added an approver to the credential. Whenever a user tries to use it, the approver will receive an email with a link that will authorize the use of the credential for 12 hours

The approver doesn’t need to be logged in to the platform to give permission to the user, something that can be very useful in emergency cases, for example, where access to the email is more practical and, likewise, safe.
