In VaultOne, every new resource added has 2 users assigned to that resource with manage permission: one is the creator of the resource and the other is the global admin. This configuration is standard for the platform and is necessary so that a resource is not "orphaned" if the creator's user is deleted from VaultOne.
If you want to change the users who will have permission to manage the resources that will be added, click on administration>configuration and then on the default permissions tab:
On this tab, choose one of the resource types. In this case, I chose the websites tab:
Click on Add User and choose the user who will have the permissions checked for all added non-private websites. Here, I've chosen Bryan, with Manage permission:
Do the same for Groups, however, be aware that all users within the selected group will have the selected permissions. In the example below, all members of the VaultOne group will be able to Manage and View details of the created non-private websites:
Repeat the same for each resource type (computers, remote devices, database, etc)
ATTENTION: If you allow users to exclude the default user, they will have to choose another user with permission to manage, in order not to leave the resource without access, in case the creator of the resource is excluded from the platform.
When finished, click on Save All:
