First of all, you need to create groups and, if necessary, subgroups in your vault.
Your vault features are all the access information that has been added in the menus highlighted in the image below:
For example, to assign a credential to a group, access the credentials menu and click on actions and then on edit, as shown in the image below:
In the newly opened tab, select the sharing tab and then click +Add group:
At this point you will:
1. Choose the group or groups to which you want this credential or resource assigned;
2. Define the permissions that this group or groups will have;
3. Finally, save by clicking OK:
Note that when setting permissions, where the number 2 indicates, these permissions will be assigned to all groups you select. In that case, if groups have access to the same resources but different permissions, you will have to do this process more than once, selecting groups one by one.
Remembering that all people who are added to this group will have access to the same resources that are associated with the group.
Repeat this same process to add other resources, accessing the menus as indicated in the first image.
