Groups, Roles and Users are three menus that makeup part of the vault administration session: 

These menus are crucial to keeping the company vault organized and structured. We recommend you start setting them up from the widest to the narrowest, i.e. first set up the Groups, then the Roles and lastly, add the Users. Follow the instructions in the order below:
