Vault One lets you access your passwords when not connected to the Internet. See how to set up and use this useful feature.
To begin, there are some requirements you must attend to use the offline feature:
1- Must have a connector installed locally or in a network that you have access;
2- Activate the backup by accessing the administration menu, then settings;
3- Must have the recuperation key printed.
How to Activate Backup and Get Backup Key
On the administration menu, click settings, and then click the backup tab. Finally, click Generate Key:
A new window will open telling you that clicking yes will activate the backup system. Click yes.
The key will appear on your screen, you must copy it and keep it in a safe place, as this is the only time it will be visible
After you exit this screen, the key will appear as follows:

Step 1
Log into your connector shell and type the following command:
$ docker exec -ti vo-sync /opt/vosession/bin/backupviewer list
You will be presented with a list of available backups.
Step 2
Open the backup you want, by its date, using the following command:
$ docker exec -ti vo-sync /opt/vosession/bin/backupviewer open 63675754044527838574-cda42a6a61d346929d3793d5cabe76ddd.bkp
Answer the following questions:
1- Are you sure you want to open the backup file
636754044527838574-cda42a6a61d346929d3793d5cabe76dd.bkp?
This action will be logged and alerted!!! (y/n)
2- Please tell us why you need to break the glass of your vault account, this information will be recorded.
Step 3
Enter the password you have stored exclusively for opening the backups
Step 4
Browse your data normally, once the connection to VaultOne is re-established you will be able to use VaultOne normally.
