1. Go to the Azure portal and click Azure Active Directory:
2. In the left-hand menu, click App Registrations:
3. Search for the App you registered for VaultOne at the time of sync. Click on the App and then on the left menu click on API Permissions:
4. The screen that will appear after clicking API permissions is the same as the screen below. Note that there is only 1 Microsoft Graph:
Click Add permission:
5. A new tab on the right side of the screen will appear and on it click on Microsoft Graph:
6. Now click on Application Permissions:
7. In the search, look for the Directory option and click on it:
8. Select the Directory.Read All option and click Add Permission in the lower right corner of the screen:
9. After that, the frame with the API information appeared like this:
Note that a new Microsoft Graph permission has been added, but its status is different (Not granted for VaultOne):
10. In this case, the admin will have to provide the permission by clicking on the button below Grant admin consent for VaultOne Software:
After that, the status changes:
