This article is a compilation of actions, along with instructions, to help you perform an audit using VaultOne.
First step: Access the Database Menu
After logging into VaultOne, locate the Database menu in the main interface. Click on it to access options related to the configured databases.
Second step: Access the Connections Screen
In the presented list, select the database you want to monitor, click the Actions button, and then select Connections.
Third step: Click on View Files
Finally, click on View Files. This action will open a screen displaying the complete history of accessed files, allowing you to see details such as:
The user who performed the action.
Date and time of the activity.
Executed queries.
This screen also offers the option to Download the recorded log files or simply track what was done directly through the interface.
