Log auditing is an essential tool for tracking and analyzing activities performed in your account. It allows you to monitor actions, services used, and identify any important details for the security and management of your environment. To make it easier to find information, our platform offers filters that help you quickly locate the data you need. In this article, we’ll explain the two main ways to use these filters, enabling efficient and personalized analysis.

First step: Access the Audit Logs menu

Click on the Administration menu and then on Audit logs:

Second step: Access advanced filters

On this screen you will see the latest actions of vault users. Click Show advanced filters to check more specific actions:

When auditing logs on our platform, you have two ways to apply filters to find the information you need:

1 - Filter by a period of up to 31 days
You can select a date range of up to 31 days at a time, without needing to apply additional filters. This allows you to view all information within the selected period.

The following error message will appear if the period is longer than 31 days:

2 - Filter by up to 92 days using additional criteria
If you use one or more of the following filters: email, service, or action, it is possible to select a larger range, of up to 92 days. You can use these filters individually or in combination to further refine your search.
