Contracts & Terms

  • Will I need to sign a new contract?

    No, existing contracts will remain valid. If any updates are required, we’ll notify you in advance.

  • What about renewals?

    Renewals will continue as scheduled under your current agreement. Any changes will be communicated beforehand.

  • I'm on a month-to-month plan — what changes for me?

    There are no immediate changes. If updates occur, you’ll receive advance notice.

  • Will the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use change?

    Any updates to legal terms will be shared with you in advance and made available for review.

Data & Security

  • Will my company data be transferred to another country?

    No, your data will continue to be stored according to current data residency policies.

  • Will there be any changes to the platform’s security?

    Security remains a top priority. There are no changes to our approach or risks to current protections.

Support & Product

  • Will the support channels stay the same?

    Yes, support channels will remain unchanged for now. You will also be assigned a new account manager as another point of contact. Any updates will be communicated.

  • Will the VaultOne product continue to exist?

    Yes, VaultOne will continue to be available.

  • Will VaultOne remain a standalone product or be merged with JumpCloud? VaultOne will remain standalone for the time being. We will communicate integration plans and customers will be informed.

Billing

  • Will my billing remain the same?

    Yes, your current billing terms stay unchanged. If there are future adjustments, we’ll notify you in advance.

  • Will there be any price increases or changes?

    There are no immediate pricing changes. Any updates will be shared well ahead of time.

Regional Operations

  • Will VaultOne continue to operate in Brazil?

    Yes, operations in Brazil will continue without interruption.

Access to JumpCloud

  • Will I receive any benefits for using JumpCloud products?

    Yes, existing VaultOne customers may receive special offers or benefits — more details to come.

  • Will I be required to purchase JumpCloud products?

    No, you’re under no obligation to buy JumpCloud products.

For Partners

  • Will there be a new price list and discount structure?

    If any updates are made to pricing or discounts, they will be shared with partners directly.

  • Will there be changes to the partner policy?

    Any updates will be communicated in advance, as per our standard practices.

  • Will my business contact remain the same?

    Yes, your current contact will remain the same for now. If there are changes, we’ll notify you.
