Updated over 3 months ago

You can use this functionality to hide fields or buttons that are in the login screen of a website that is accessed through the VaultOne platform, example below:

The eye icon in the password field. That can be used to show or not the typed characters in a password. Depending on the connection velocity the user could click in this eye to have access to the password during login.

First Step: Access the Developer tools

Access directly the link of the website that you registered in the VaultOne platform, click with the right mouse button right above the icon of the eye. Now click on inspect.

Second step: Copy selector

After copying the selector, go back to the Websites menu in VaultOne, find the site where you want to make this configuration, and click on Actions -> Edit. In the Extension tab, paste the copied selector into the field labeled Selector for fields to hide On the same page, click Save.

Third Step: Paste the selector

After copying the selector, go back to the menus in the websites on the VaultOne platform, search the site that you want to make this configuration, click in “actions > connect”, in the window of pre connection, click in advanced configurations, in this area you need to paste the selector, that was copied, in the field “selector to hide” field.

Done!

After saving, when the user accesses the Website, it shouldn’t show the eye of visualizing password.
