First, access the IoT Devices menu and click on Add Device:

Add his information in the General tab as shown in the example below:

Now, click on the Agent Configuration tab:

NOTE: The agent is the software installed on the device we will be reverse accessing.

1. Define the Connector that the agent is bound to;

2. Write there the user that the connector released for access by this agent;

3. Add reverse access or reverse tunnel redirects:

ATTENTION

When creating a reverse tunnel, you must inform which is the port at one end and which is the port at the other end.

In the newly opened tab, write the port of the device (local); and connector (remote) port. Click on Save:
