If you're using a MacOS system, and want to connect to a computer of your VaultOne account using the Windows App (Former Microsoft Remote Desktop app), follow the steps below:
Important:
If you had the above error, you need to update the currently installed version of the VaultOne RDP Connector application.
You can update it by downloading and installing the application again.
First Step:
First, download the VaultOne RDP Connector application:

Second Step:
Installation of the VaultOne RDP Connector.
Put or drag the VaultOne RDP Connector in your Applications folder.
Now go to Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Accessibility and enable the VaultOne RDP Connector.
Third Step:
Open the App Store and install the Windows App (Former Microsoft Remote Desktop app).
Fourth Step:
Return to the VaultOne Web Application. Open the servers tab, search for the resource that you intend to access using the Windows App, click in Actions, then Edit.
For the direct access using the Windows App, you need to disable the video recording of the respective resource, basically, Every connection outside the browser to Windows machines needs to have their respective recordings disabled. After disabling the recording save the changes in the up-right corner of the screen.
Go back to the servers tab and in the respective computer click in Actions then Connect.
In “Connection Information”, select “Direct Access”. If in the process any questions arised click the “How to use Direct Access?” button.
Note: In some cases an additional confirmation may be required, as shown below, just click the open button.
All Done! A new session will be opened using the Windows App.
