In this guide, we will understand how you can analyze the status of each VaultOne Connector machine in your infrastructure. With this functionality, you can monitor hardware usage, downtime, service availability, VaultOne service status, and more.
To access the new HealthCheck Panel, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Accessing Your Connectors
To find the new panel, go to:
Administration → Connectors
From VaultOne Connector version 23 onwards, the feature will be available.
You will see a new button to the right of the existing "Active Connections"
button.
Step 2: Understanding the Information
When clicking the HealthCheck button, a new interface will open, displaying various system metrics.
Important:
You can only view data for a single specified day, meaning you must select the date for which you want to retrieve information.
The panel provides insights into:
Latency
CPU usage
Number of simultaneous connections
Memory usage
Disk usage
Status of VaultOne services running on the VaultOne Connector machine
Additional Notes:
Data is recorded in UTC, so manual time conversion may be required.
Last 7 days of data are available by default.
Critical events are stored for an additional 6 months.
Alerts & Notifications:
Events outside normal operation may trigger notifications via email or SIEM.
The first alert is triggered 15 minutes after any VaultOne service or Connector failure.
