Migrating resources between connectors may be necessary for various reasons, such as infrastructure restructuring, provider changes, or adjustments to asset organization. In this guide, you will learn how to perform this migration easily and securely.
Keep in mind that you need administrator permissions to access this functionality. Follow the steps below to complete the migration successfully.
First step: access the connectors menu
To access the connectors menu, make sure you have administrator permissions. Then, go to Administration -> Connectors.
Second step: open the Migrate Resources pop-up
In the connectors menu, click on Actions and select Migrate Resources.
Third step: select the resources
Now, choose the assets you want to migrate. You can select them one by one or click the first checkbox to select all assets. Once selected, click Next.
Fourth step: choose the destination connector
At this stage, select the connector to which you want to migrate the resources. Once selected, click Next.
Fifth step: Review and migrate the assets
Review the selected assets to ensure everything is correct. Once you have reviewed them, click Migrate.
Done! All your assets have now been successfully migrated to the new connector.
