Making an SSH connection with an authentication key

The purpose of this document is capacitating the user in registering keys to utilize in remote connections, instead of utilizing passwords.

First step: Registering the server

Inside the VaultOne platform, click in Servers -> Add computer. Fill in all the information needed to register the machine.

Second step: Add a Credential

After filling in all the information, it will be needed to Add a Credential.

In the Credential Type, select key, then only the Private Key must be informed, after that click Add.

Note: In Sharing Preferences, the administrator can add or remove access to this computer and configure different permissions for every single user.
