VaultOne offers screen recording functionality for computers and websites accessed remotely.

It’s important to note that the platform does not record the user's computer itself, only the remote accesses made through the platform.

Here’s a detailed explanation: in the Computers menu, users can access servers or computers remotely, and these remote accesses are recorded.

As an admin or a user with the appropriate permission, you can review all activities performed through this remote access. Follow these steps:

  1. Access the Computers Menu:

  2. Select the Computer:

    Click on “Actions” and then select “View”.

  3. Access the Tab Connections:

    Click “View more” as shown in the image.

  4. View the Recordings:

    On this new screen, you’ll see all the remote connections made to that computer.

    Click on “View Files” to check the recorded files.

  5. Watch or Download the Video:

    Click on the video to view it. You can also download it if desired.
