If allowed, users can create private passwords in their private profiles. Check how to release this option!
A good way to encourage the use of VaultOne among your company's employees is to allow them to create private passwords so they can access their personal resources more securely.
If you allow the user to create private passwords, it is important that the secrets that keep sensitive company information are added by the admin.
Follow the step by step to release this option to your users!
1. Access the Settings menu.
2. Click on the User Management tab.
3. Under Other Settings, select Allow Users to Store Private Secrets:
Note: After completing the previous steps, click Save all in the upper right corner of the screen.
