The Groups menu is a great tool to help you manage and organize access in your VaultOne Platform.
Before starting this guide, please visit the following tutorials in order:
Now, access the Groups menu in the Administration option on the side menu.
Select the group which you want to add users and click on it:
Next, click on “+ Add Member”:
Choose the members you want to include.
Notice: when including people in a group they will then have access to all resources already associated with the group.
Finally, click “Save”:
You can check which people are part of this group and, see which resources they have access to:
