How to transfer files from your local machine to Windows Servers with VaultOne

To make the file transfer from your local machine to Windows Servers, do the following steps:

There're two ways:

First way: drag the file

Dragging the file to the web browser. See the example:

The file will be saved in the following directory: Windows Explorer/ VaultOne Filesystem on VaultOne RDP/ Downloads

Choose the file, click on it and drag it from the machine to the remote session area in the browser

Second way: Via Clipboard

Using the shortcut, pressing the Shift + Ctrl + Alt keys, when clicking this combination, a screen will appear with the Device Shared Drive option. Click on it.

Click the Upload Files button.

Choose the file you will transfer and click update. The file will be in the default download location.

Transfering files from the Windows Servers to your local macine

Copy the file you want to transfer to the Download folder within the VaultOne Filesystem in VaultOne RDP. The file will be downloaded by the browser and will be available locally on the machine.

Use the keyboard shortcut Shift + Ctrl + Alt, click in Shared Drive, select the file that you want to download and make a double-click, you will be able to choose in what folder, on your machine, you want to save it.
