How to enable Multi Monitor in a direct access through the RDP client

First, we need to configure the platform and the host machine so they are able to make direct access connections.

WARNING: To utilize the RDP direct access connection, it's necessary to disable the video recording of the resource in question.

Follow the steps below to enable the RDP direct access with multi monitor support.

First step: Connect

You must access the Servers menu and then click on Actions -> Connect:

Second step: Advanced settings

Access the Advanced Settings tab:

Third step: Activate Multi Monitor mode

Select the Multi Monitors option and then you can connect normally:

WARNING: If you want future RDP sessions with direct access to automatically use multi monitor, simply check the Save new parameters option.
